A spectacular full parure—PLEASE DON'T MISS THE VIDEO above to see the rainbow of rich brilliant colors of this gorgeous set!

This set is in beautiful condition. For the sake of full disclosure I will point out a minor bit of foil loss to one large watermelon rhinestone of one earring and just a note that the watermelon rhinestones in the bracelet seem just a tad lighter in color. It has a shiny gold tone metal finish, which is in very good condtion. This is an awesome full parure and one that any collector would consider quite a find and look drop dead gorgeous wearing! ID-

The huge emerald cut watermelon tourmaline stones are luscious! They couldn't have highlighted this set with a better color than Siam red—using both baguette and pear shape rhinestones. Sprinkled throughout are purple and amethyst unfoiled open-back navettes and rose ab chatons.

I have only seen this set in one other sale and it was documented by Worthpoint—one of my go to sources for current and past sales of vintage jewelry. Worthpoint reports that a demi set (only 3 pieces), which had an original Juliana hang tag, consisting of necklace-earrings-and brooch, sold in July of 2014 for $799.99. I have to say that even though the set which Worthpoint reports to be Juliana, as listed by the owner, I am not sure that it can be contributed to Juliana. It is a high end designer set, no doubt, but judging by the bracelet I don't see the connection. No matter who the designer is, this is one of the most mouth watering parures I have had the pleasure of presenting. For a full parure, especially at this price, it should have any woman's temptation meter peaking.

Measurements:
The Necklace is approximately 15 inches in length.
The Earrings are approximately 1 3/4 inches tall by approximately 3⁄4 inch wide.

Vendome Jewelry History —

Vendome was established as a subsidiary of Coro to manufacture a superior line of jewelry. The mark was used as early as 1944 on charm bracelets and faux pearl jewelry, but the Vendome line which began in the 1950's did not become popular until the early 1960's, largely due to beautiful designs introduced by Helen Marion, Vendome's principal designer. Basically, Vendome replaced Corocraft, which, up to that time, marked the higher quality jewelry made by Coro. Vendome jewelry used the best of imported rhinestones and faceted crystal beads. The clarity and brilliance of the stones and top quality metalwork combined in artistically expressive designs were the main factors behind Vendome's success.
